Using the Question Answer plugin and have questions regarding a few customization features.

1-
I'd like to grant Moderator privileges to a few users but cannot seem to find a place to grant the access needed to mod.

2-
It would appear as though Administrators do not appear on the Leaderboards. I would like Administrators to appear but cannot seem to find any specific exclusions or restrictions on the Leaderboard widget itself.
