Accordions won't close- please help

I have used this plugin on a few different sites and it has worked great for me. Now; however, I have one site that I am working on and the accordions don't close at all. I believe everything was setup the same as I have always done it and I have been looking at the code trying to figure out where it went wrong, but have had no luck so far.
