Hi,
Is there a way to create a link so that when I click "add job" in the employer front end section it opens another page with the "submit job" page which I created as a separate page?

Please download the latest version from here and reinstall, i have removed target attribute from add job link. i will update plugin later on wordpress.org repo.

Yes, that's the one I am referring to, I wold like it to open under the same tab indeed for employers to see the application form & add their job advert details
