Hello!

I would like to add a header/ section title like "related posts" before the related posts boxes. For this moment it is not visible.
Is there a possibility to auto-resize image in the thumbnails, that each will have the same dimensions?

have you checked the headline option under post types?

If you are using manually shortcode display In latest version, we also added shortcode parameter "headline", just use like this,

[related_post headline="My relaetd posts"]
