the arrows on my accordion are showing up as little boxes. How do I get the arrows to work? I am using a theme through Prophoto on WordPress if that info helps

This is probably font awesome version issue, please use the latest version of font awesome icon class. https://fontawesome.com/icons
Although not sure which version icons you are using.
