Filter not working

I purchased the premium version of Team plugin, the filter shows up but it's not doing anything when clicked. I have found instructions in other questions but they are not clear and I can't make it work. Please help

Welcome to our forum,

Can you please set “Active Masonry Grid.” > No and save option and let me know the result.

Also please not if you page contain any jQuery error then filtering might not work prorperly. if possible please send me your link

I already installed another plugin with filter and it is working perfectly, the problem is your plugin not my website. https://curul85.com/?page_id=7962 here’s a link if you want to check it yourself

All criteria are met. Please refund my money. You were not able to fix the problem, you take too long to answer, the plugin is not working.
