Filter Products Based on Attributes and Tags

Hi,

I am looking for a plugin that can recommend products based on tags and attributes both. We sell fragrances and would like to recommend fragrances to our customers based on Fragrance Family(Tags) and should be filtered based on Gender(Attributes). Also recommend similar smelling fragrance based on Main note of the fragrance(Attribute) and again filter based on Gender. Can i do that with this plugin?
