I want to build for my region a neighborship help, this means that people can offer and look for small jobs as neighbors.

Now, I tried to solve it with BuddyPress, than with a Directory and now I think that job board, could be the easiest solution.

Just your short opinion.

I am not sure what you mean by "jobs as neighbors" can you please explain what are you trying to do? we have only feature to display latest jobs in map, please see the demo.
