Pagination on filterable Grid

I tried to add a pagination to my grid, which is "filterable". This pagination only appears, if I switch to "Normal grid". Is there a posiblity to get a pagination with the type filterable? The Grid otherwise displays all posts, which would be very bad for loading time and data use.
