Post Grid: Products not Updating

Hello! I have a filter on a post grid on my client's website. When you click on a filter to view products of a specific category the products do not show up. It looks like a height is not being generated for the .grid-items container. I would appreciate a response ASAP a this is for a client's website. Thank you very much!
