Hi. I have some strange situation with using Featured Image size.
At first i install plugin ( Post Grid, free version) at my local wp. ( Post Grid version is 2.0.26) my WP version is 4.9.5
Here is settings i have use:
local_1
local_2
local_3
And example how did it looks like -  example

Then (yesterday) i use the same plugin to my another WP site (not local)
Plugin version and WP version is same too (like on my local WP)
Settengs  i have used are also same like on my local WP:

anngel.me domain_1
anngel.me domain_2
anngel.me domain_3
anngel.me domain_4

and yesterday night result was same  (like on localhost)
but tomorrow i was surprised...
the page i have edited at night now looks like this  - anngel.me domain_5
The photos are cutted at the down side...((

I already checked all settings in both Plugins on my local WP and anngel.me about 20 times
They all are the same!
But...on my local WP it looks great and on anngel.me - not like at all.
🙁 🙁 🙁

Please explain my mistake and help fix it

Welcome to our forum.

If you want to display rounded shape thumbnail, please make sure images are square size (1:1)

The image size you select (Ashe list thumbnail) make sure crop images in correct dimension for square size. you can simply visit the image on browser to see the size.

Well, I understood that.
But why the images do not look the same in both cases?
The plugins are the same.
Versions are the same.
Settings are the same…
The sizes of photos are also the same
