While I feel a little bad to say --- DON'T BUY BEFORE YOU READ OTHER'S ISSUES SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO -- I'm too pissed to even worry about it now.

This plugin does not work. You can download, activate, create accordions -- but when you load it on a page, it says "missing content." The directions are terrible. There is no troubleshooting help either.

While that's frustrating -- the most frustrating part of this all is that you can put in a ticket, send an email and look through all the support tickets (five hours of my time) and there is nothing that is going to help you. Sure I assumed it was user error - but I literally tried everything.

You may think... Maybe the company isn't in your time zone -- true, but it's NOT a free service. There's no excuse for not replying in a prompt manner.

I really wanted to like this plugin - I spent hours trying to make it work. I told a client we should get this. I paid for it with my own cash -- Now, all I can do is warn others.

To the makers of this plugin - if you give two cents about your product, your customers, your reputation. your future sales... reply when someone needs help!

My first post was private -- this one most certainly won't be.
