Remove Word “Read” from post excerpt

The word "Read" appears at the end of every excerpt in a post. How do you get rid of it. This is in addition to "Read More" link that appears at the bottom of the post.

Thank you for the response. However my issue is slightly different. There is the notation "Read On" at the end of each excerpt. However, I have not defined by excerpt to have that notation. How do I get rid of that? I have included a video below that describes my issue. Hope that is more clear. Thanks!
